The AirTAC LSD Series Self-Lubricator Standard Linear Guide is a precision linear rail with an integrated self-lubrication unit that continuously supplies lubricant to the ball raceways, reducing routine grease maintenance and extending service life. It features a high-capacity lubricant reservoir, built-in dust protection, square and flange block options, multiple preload levels and N/H/P accuracy grades. Available in 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 mm sizes, it is ideal for CNC machinery, robotics, measuring equipment and industrial automation systems where manual lubrication is difficult.

AirTAC LSD Series Self-Lubricator Standard Linear Guide
The AirTAC LSD Series is a ball-type linear guide with an integrated self-lubrication unit, developed for limited installation spaces and applications where routine grease maintenance is difficult. Its lubricant reservoir and felt elements continuously transfer lubricant to the rail ball grooves as the block moves.
Features and Construction
- The self-lubricator includes a housing, lubricant zone, partition, back cover, pre-lubricating felt, lubricating felt and oil scraper.
- Long-term low-maintenance operation under normal working conditions.
- High-capacity lubricant reservoir supports application-specific lubricants.
- Built-in dustproof structure protects the steel balls and raceways.
- The self-lubrication unit can be conveniently installed or removed.
- The suffix E identifies the Self-Lubricator version.
Main Specifications
- Series sizes: LSD15, LSD20, LSD25, LSD30 and LSD35.
- Rail widths: 15 mm, 20 mm, 23 mm, 28 mm and 34 mm.
- Block styles:
- H: square block.
- F1: flange block, top mounting.
- F2: flange block, bottom mounting.
- F3: flange block, top or bottom mounting.
- Block lengths: S – short, N – standard.
- Number of blocks: one or two blocks per rail.
- Preload: A – standard clearance, B – light preload, C – medium preload.
- Accuracy grades: N – normal, H – high, P – precision.
- Surface treatment: natural finish or BB black chrome coating.
- Rail mounting: top mount or bottom mount.
- Single rails, butt-jointed rails and customer-defined rail lengths are available.
