The AirTAC LSQH Series Caged Ball Type Linear Guide features a precision ball-cage design that maintains uniform ball spacing, reduces ball-to-ball contact and delivers quieter motion at high speed. It incorporates an X-shaped raceway, ISO 3290 G10 steel balls, double-molded dustproof covers, oil scrapers and multiple square or flange block options. AirTAC LSQH Series Caged Ball Type Linear Guide

The AirTAC LSQH Series is a caged-ball linear guide in which the steel balls are kept at uniform spacing to reduce direct ball-to-ball contact. This structure delivers smoother motion, lower noise and stable performance in high-speed precision applications.

Features

  1. Ball-cage design provides low-noise and low-vibration operation.
  2. X-shaped rail raceway improves rigidity and multidirectional load capacity.
  3. Precision steel balls meet ISO 3290 G10 grade.
  4. Integrated overmolded block structure improves strength and sealing.
  5. Single-lip oil scrapers clean the rail and help retain lubricant.
  6. Double-molded dustproof covers protect the ball circulation system.
  7. Single and butt-jointed rail configurations are available.

According to the supplied test charts, the LSQH Series produces lower operating noise than standard ball-type linear guides, especially at higher travel speeds.
