Specification:

The AIRTAC GA Series Reverse Flow Valve is a dedicated pneumatic backflow prevention and pressure exhaust valve, designed to be installed inside GA Series regulators or filter-regulator units. It prevents reverse air flow and ensures safe and rapid pressure exhaust at the outlet when the air supply is cut off, improving system safety and stability.

The reverse flow valve operates using a balanced diaphragm and spring mechanism. Under normal conditions, when inlet pressure is higher than the set outlet pressure, the valve remains closed. When inlet pressure is interrupted or exhausted, the valve automatically opens to release outlet pressure back to the inlet port, allowing fast pressure relief and protecting downstream pneumatic components.

Its compact internal installation design allows the reverse flow valve to be added without changing the external dimensions of the regulator, making it ideal for system upgrades. The valve cannot be ordered separately and must be ordered together with GA Series regulators or FR/FRL units by adding the “-K” suffix to the standard ordering code.
