The AIRTAC GZ Series Safe On-Off Valve is a manual pneumatic safety valve designed for air supply isolation and residual pressure exhaust during maintenance, fully compliant with OSHA safety requirements. As part of the G Series Preparation Unit, it features a modular design that allows easy integration with G / GA Series FRL combinations via mounting brackets.

The GZ Series functions as a manual 3/2 way valve, enabling quick switching between air supply (SUP) and exhaust (EXH). When the air supply is shut off, the valve automatically releases residual pressure, preventing unexpected system pressurization and protecting operators from accidental cylinder movement. The lockable rotary knob ensures the valve remains in a safe position during maintenance operations.

Available in GZ200, GZ300, and GZ400 sizes with port options from 1/8” to 1/2”, the GZ Series is suitable for a wide range of industrial pneumatic applications, from compact machines to large automated systems.
