The AIRTAC SAI Series is an ISO15552 standard pneumatic cylinder, designed with an aluminum profile body without tie rods, ensuring standardized dimensions and flexible replacement in industrial pneumatic systems. The cylinder operates in double-acting mode, providing stable motion, strong thrust force, and high reliability during continuous operation.

Based on the design shown in the product image, the cylinder features a solid aluminum profile body with good corrosion resistance and lightweight construction. Sensor mounting grooves are integrated on both sides of the cylinder body, allowing easy installation of position sensors without additional machining, helping improve monitoring and control efficiency in automation systems.

The piston is equipped with a high-quality two-way sealing structure, ensuring excellent air tightness, smooth movement, and effective lubrication retention. Adjustable cushioning at both ends helps reduce impact when the piston reaches the end of the stroke, minimizes vibration and noise, and extends the service life of the cylinder and related components.

The AIRTAC SAI Series is available in bore sizes ranging from 32mm to 200mm, covering a wide range of load requirements. Standard stroke options are diverse, with optional long strokes up to 1800–2000mm, depending on the bore size. The cylinder operates reliably within a working pressure range of 0.15 to 1.0 MPa and a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, making it suitable for most industrial environments.
