Product features

1. Standard cylinders produced by our enterprise.

2. The piston seal uses a heterogeneous two-way seal structure. Its size is tight and has the function of storing grease.

3.It is a tie rod cylinder. The cylinder barrel and front/rear covers are connected by highly reliable tie rods.

4. The piston rod can be positioned in several positions during the entire operation.

5. The cylinder cushion adjustment is smooth and stable.

6. Cylinder and installation accessories with some specifications are optional.

7. High temperature resistant sealing material is used to ensure normal operation of the cylinder at 150°C.

Install and use

1. When the load changes during work, the cylinder with abundant output power will be adjusted.

2. Must choose a cylinder that is relatively resistant to high temperature or corrosion under high temperature or corrosive conditions.

3. Necessary protective measures must be taken in environments with high humidity, lots of dust or oil dust, and water welding residue.

4. Contaminants in the pipe must be removed before connecting the cylinder to the pipe to prevent particles from entering the cylinder.

5. The medium used by the cylinder must be filtered to 40um or lower.

6. Antifreeze measures must be applied in low temperature environments to prevent freezing of moisture.

7. The cylinder must be tested without load before use. Before running, the spacer must be screwed to a minimum and released gradually to avoid cylinder damage due to excessive impact

8. The cylinder must avoid the influence of side load during operation to maintain the normal operation of the cylinder and prolong its life.

9. If the cylinder is dismantled and stored for a long time, please carry out surface anti-rust treatment. Dust covers will be installed at the air intake and exhaust ports.
