The AIRTAC TSAI Series is a guided pneumatic cylinder with an integrated guide frame, designed by combining a standard pneumatic cylinder with a linear guiding mechanism to enhance operational stability. Featuring double-acting operation, this series is ideal for applications requiring precise linear motion, side-load resistance, and effective anti-rotation performance in industrial automation systems.

Based on the design shown in the product image, the TSAI Series features a rigid guide frame structure combined with an aluminum alloy cylinder body, ensuring stable piston movement and minimizing vibration and misalignment throughout the stroke. This guided structure is especially effective in applications where loads are directly mounted on the piston rod or where lateral forces are present.

Depending on application requirements, the TSAI Series can be equipped with brass bushings or linear bearings. Brass bushings are suitable for applications requiring high radial load capacity and torsional rigidity, while linear bearings are ideal for high-precision applications that demand low friction and high load capacity.

The cylinder is equipped with adjustable cushioning, which reduces impact at the end of the stroke, ensures smooth motion, and extends the service life of both the cylinder and related components.
