/ Multi-Spindle Drilling and Tapping Head
Description
Taro Drilling Machine is used to Drill and create round and threaded holes on metal surfaces. Taper Drill Designs and Sizes vary widely, from tiny jeweler's desktop machines to giant, heavy-duty Taper Drills that can drill large holes in steel at rapid speeds. Vertical Drilling Machine is the most used type of Taro Drilling Machine. The choice of Taro Drilling Machine depends on the material, the length of the material and the accuracy of the hole. Common types of tapping machines are electric tapping machines, pneumatic tapping machines, taro drilling machines, and automatic tapping machines. Some special types of Taro Drills are used to drill wood, glass, and plastic that conventional drills cannot drill. Various types of Taro Drilling Machines are commonly available.
Taro Drilling Machine is made with diverse parameters and functions. In modern Drilling Machines, the surface to be drilled is usually kept on the Drill Table. For drilling round shafts, Drill Table is used while mini drill table is used for shafts with flat base. The speed of the drill bit can be up to 5-6m/min when drilling on high temperature alloys, and up to 110m/min when drilling on aluminum and magnesium alloys. The Taro Drill is used to create threads for drill bits. The most common drill bits used are two-groove, three-groove, four-groove or spiral drill bits. The tapping machine is selected depending on the material of the surface to be drilled. The size of the Taro Drill is about 6-60 inches. Drilling and Tapping Machines are designed to meet most industry Specifications.
Taro Drilling Machines are used in many fields, including Heavy Industry and Mechanical Engineering. Taro Drilling Machines are also used in small machine shops. Taro Drilling Machines are also used to make Furniture, Car engine bodies, boats, shoe soles, brush handles or golf clubs. Taro Drilling Machines are also used in the Automobile Industry and Space Industry. Use of the Taro Drill must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
Step 1: Disassemble Drill Bit, Taro Bit:
Step 2: Assemble details:
When drilling, the details must be clamped tightly with different types of tools. Depending on the shape and size of the part, you can use: Tightening screws to pull directly onto the drill table, use a vise for clamping, C-shaped drills... In general, the drilling process must have a clamping tool to hold the part. , absolutely do not use your hands to hold it because it can easily cause an occupational accident.
Step 3: Adjust the Distance from the Drill Bit to the Surface of the part to be drilled:
- First, loosen the drill table bearing tightening handle, turn the crank to raise and lower the drill table so that the drill bit is 10-15 mm from the surface of the part, then tighten the tightening handle to fix the drill table. In addition, the machine is also designed with a drilling table that can rotate 360 degrees around the vertical column to expand the working height of the machine with relatively large parts by using the table top on the machine's base when That is, you must loosen the drill table bearing tightening handle and rotate the drill table outward in any position so that it does not hinder the operation. All remaining operations are the same as above.
Step 4: Change drilling speed:
Open the crankcase cover, loosen the petal bolts on both sides, and slide your hand towards the drill shaft to loosen the belt.
Step 5: Set up the Drilling and Taro journey:
Slightly open the locking latch, pull the three-arm down so that the drill bit touches the object to be drilled, then rotate the chain to adjust the distance that needs to be drilled to coincide with the position of the ruler arrow and lock the locking latch then proceed to drill or Taro.
Step 6: Operate the machine:
Check the safety of the details to be drilled, check that the plate locking bolts and bearing locks must be tightly locked, ensure that the crankcase is tightly closed, check the drill buds, and the drill bit must be securely removed.
A. Turn on the switch to drilling mode when drilling holes is needed.
B. Turn the switch to Taping mode when you need to tap a threaded hole.
Check that the Taro travel must be installed correctly.
- Check that the Spindle speed must be set correctly.
- Check Taro direction according to Taro's regulations. Regular thread tap, right thread, shaft rotates clockwise.
- Use your hand to hold the plastic ball on the treble and pull it down to perform Taro.
- When the Taro is finished, slowly release your hand, the Taro shaft will automatically go up and return to the Initial Position.
The Taro Drill needs to be fully grounded, and it is necessary to check the insulation of the wire to prevent electric shock.
